Anastasia Kalinina

Anastasia’s lifestyle is taking multiple simultaneous actions that never fit in normal person’s schedule. She is 25. Lives in St. Petersburg, Russia. She has a BA in Literature, BA in Humanitarian Sciences and Arts and MA in Communications. She worked as a project manager for numerous human rights initiatives, including gender-related projects and web resources for vulnerable groups. She loves innovative stuff and took part in www.palomar5.org in 2009.
At the moment She is a freelance project manager coordinating several educational, social and human rights initiatives. Her second book of poetry is coming in April this year. She loves fundraising, communications, gender studies, conflict management, marginal art and global business.
C4D for her is a model of alternative working environment to pursue world-changing goals. Working from our homes in different countries, we are united by the idea of delivering the social service, yet unavailable in the developing countries. C4D will help people help themselves and provide valuable expertise and cultural exchange. It also allows us, the core team, to develop new professional and strengthen existing qualities.

Andreas Beck

Andreas studied business management and economics at Stuttgart-Hohenheim Univer-sity in Germany and Health Care Management at University of Witten-Herdecke. There and through the all day work in an international leading company for Hospital services, he is getting in close contact with professional Project Management methods. His moti-vation in joining C4D relates to his belief in the need of teaching especially in the field of “social entrepreneurship” and in supporting our fellow citiziens in the poorer parts of the world.

Daniel Collado

Daniel has a background on engineering and holds a PhD in Development, Sustainability and Ecodesign. As chairman of AEIPRO Joven, the Spanish Young Crew, he is connected to the project management community in Spain and worldwide. Currently working as researcher and lecturer in the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, in projects related to industrial environmental improvement and design for sustainability, he has always considered himself an engaged person with a thrust to changing unfair situations. Coaching for Development is a chance he could not miss.

Fahri Akdemir

Fahri studied Systems engineering and continued his master level education in Strategic Project Management in several European countries like UK, Italy and Sweden. Now he is working as a PM and Business Trainer in freelance base. He is also a Search and Rescue volunteer for 9 years and training rescuers in several topics. He draw his life in his name’s meaning, FAHRI means “honorary, voluntary”, now he put his hand under the rock with his friends to  support his colleagues in developing countries under the name of Coaching for Development.

Glória Costa

Glória is a Communication Designer, researcher, event manager, photographer, video editor and social designer. She is a graduate of Fine Arts Faculty of Lisbon University and divides her time between Lisbon and Berlin. Throughout her career she focused her interest in video, photography, editorial design, social design and project management. She is part of the core team members of SocialDesignSite.com, where she mainly does research, design and organizes workshops. She also is part of Young Crew Germany and more recently joined Young Crew Portugal.
She displays strong interest in experiencing and contributing directly to social projects, because she stands for an active position in life and wants to go for action, creating change and making a difference in the world. Couching for Development illustrates what she strives for: finding ways to help improve society through project management, design and creativity.

Saad is an Egyptian Civil Engineer working in the Construction management field in Dubai, founder of Egyptian standards committee for project management and founder and Head of IPMA Young Crew in the Middle East. His education include IPMA-D, Cambridge International Diploma in project Management CIDPM, Human Rights and Civil Society Diploma and enrolled master in Strategic Project management in Herriot Watt University. Saad is in Coaching for Development because he believes that civil society is the pillar of modern state and because he is from a development country as well.

Suraj Dahal

Violetta Pleshakova

Violetta was born in 1985 in Russia and grew up in Moscow. She is a graduate of Moscow State M.V. Lomonosov University and holds a master’s diploma from the University of Erfurt. She is currently based in Berlin, being a junior consortial partner at an independent think tank – SEgroup. Moreover, she is working on a PhD focusing on the issues of knowledge sharing and social capital. She is one of the core team members of SocialDesignSite.com and a part of Young Crew Germany. Through participation in Coaching for Development Violetta seeks to obtain practical experience for her doctoral research and create value for societies in transition.
